Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LinkMinute POS software for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.

You shall not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (c) rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices on the software; or (e) use the software for any purpose not expressly authorized by this Agreement.

The software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Link Minute. This Agreement does not convey any ownership rights in or to the software.

We may release updates to the software from time to time. These updates may be provided automatically or may require manual installation. We reserve the right to modify the software at any time with reasonable notice.

You retain all rights to data you input into the software. We will not use your data for purposes other than providing the service to you, unless you provide explicit consent.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.
