At Link Minute, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when using LinkMinute, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and account information.
When using LinkMinute POS, you may also provide business information such as products, prices, inventory records, sales records, customer details, employee or user accounts, and other information required to operate your business.
We may also collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve our services, such as device information, operating system, application version, diagnostic information, crash reports, and general usage information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve LinkMinute and its services; configure and support your POS system; provide training and customer assistance; synchronize data where synchronization is enabled; diagnose and resolve technical issues; maintain security; and communicate with you about important service-related matters.
With your permission or where permitted by applicable law, we may also use contact information to send product updates, announcements, offers, or other communications that may be relevant to your relationship with LinkMinute.
3. Business Data & Customer Data
Information entered into LinkMinute POS by a customer belongs to that customer or the business they represent. LinkMinute does not claim ownership of your business records, sales information, inventory information, or other content you enter into the system.
We process this information only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services you use, and to provide customer support and other services requested by you.
4. Local Storage & Synchronization
LinkMinute POS may store certain operational information locally on your device to support offline functionality and continued use of the POS when an internet connection is unavailable.
Where synchronization is enabled, relevant information may be transmitted to and stored on our backend infrastructure so that it can be synchronized and made available to authorized users and devices.
The information stored locally may remain on a device until it is removed through the application, the device is reset or cleared, or another applicable retention or deletion process takes effect.

We do not sell your personal information or your business data.
We may share or permit access to information with trusted service providers that help us operate, secure, maintain, support, or improve LinkMinute. These providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to handle it in accordance with appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, property, or users of LinkMinute.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure connections, authentication mechanisms, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process.
No method of electronic transmission, storage, or security is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
